Admission started for Advanced Course in Bioinformatics at the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Tamaka, Hyderabad in 24 weeks for the session 2010-2011. It is the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-Dac). Admission in Advanced Course in Bioinformatics also taken by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU Campus), Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Students who wants to take admission in Bioinformatics they must need BTech in Chemical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Biotechnology, MBBS, BVSc and AH, BPharma, MD, PG (MSc/ MCA/ MTech) or PhD in Agricultural Sciences/ Biology/ Biotech/ Computers/ Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences/ Mathematics/ Physics and Statistics.
For taking admission in Advanced Course in Bioinformatics, first students have to appear in Entrance Test (CET), which is going to be held on 8 August.
