Qualifications and Eligibility for a BPO

An applicant needs to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline irrespective of any sex and age to start this BPO career. Moreover, one should have proficiency in English Speaking, Cool Temperament and Positive Attitude. Apart from all these traits, one must have the stamina to work for long hours, even in night shifts. As the profession is so dynamic in nature, applicants should have calculative cum analytical mind along with the ability to handle critical situation tactfully. The opportunity can be multiplied if someone is fluent in French, German and Spanish languages.

Candidates with Graduation in any discipline can enter the BPO companies. You do not have academic expertise. No specific age bar. As because of an excellent work environment, high pay package, pick and drop facilities, and as most of the BPOs provide in-house training sessions hence undoubtedly the career attracts most of the youngsters. Remunerations in BPO

A fresher can expect to get a salary ranging between Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 per month whereas, a Team Leader can earn around Rs 26,000 per month. As we know, the more you work, the more you become experienced. And experience always pays. Those are in Managerial posts can earn Rs 5 lacs to Rs 8 lacs yearly along with incentives and other fringe benefits such as- Health support and Insurance covers covering Parents, Spouse and Children.
