Qualification & Eligibility
For diploma or graduate courses minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 pass with any subjects and for postgraduate minimum qualification is graduation. For taking admission in B.Tech /M.Tech programme in footwear technology the candidate should possess degree in science/engineering.
Programme Duration
Footwear Designing/Technology is one of the most booming careers at present in the world’s fashion industry. To achieve goal in the footwear designing there are different courses i.e certificate, diploma, graduate and postgraduate diploma . For diploma or graduate courses the programme duration is generally 4 years and for postgraduate the programme duration is generally 2 years. Several certificate and diploma courses also offered by private institutes in this field and the programme duration varies from 6 months to 1 year depending upon the type of course. Apart from that in Footwear Technology courses the programme duration is 4 years for B.Tech and 2 years for M.Tech.
